Joanne has developed and implemented effective document management solutions for many one-of-a-kind situations.  As a document management leader she provided software implementation and training in the Air India and Bre-X investigations.  She set up and managed the document management systems for a review of the banking system in Mexico.  She coordinated technical services to facilitate the first electronic trial in Alberta.  Recently Joanne coordinated document distribution to insurance adjusters and assembled property damage backup for a large oil sands fire claim.
